Management

Under our Managed IT Services offering, the burden of IT is fully carried by InterDev. This service includes providing the role and skills of the CIO, network engineer, network administrator, help desk technician, telephony specialist and GIS specialist for a fixed monthly fee. Thus, eliminating the need to hire and maintaining equivalent internal staffing levels. InterDev’s involvement from the planning and budgeting at the CIO level, through the hands-on personal support of the right technical resources, completely eliminates technology roadblocks from our clients’ paths to success.

Monitoring

All systems are continuously monitored using a respected, secure, best-practices IT management solution to ensure highest quality and uptime, not only on a systemwide level, but also at the detail level of individual elements such as software revision control, systems security, updates/patches/fixes, storage capacity levels, communications throughput, and online status.

This proactive “preventative maintenance” approach helps minimize emergency repair and restore situations—allowing Interdev to head off minor issues before they become big problems.
